“Is this really happening?”: Ryan Gosling fulfills his dream and replaces Nicolas Cage as this Marvel superhero

Marvel announced at San Diego Comic-Con that Ryan Gosling will play Ghost Rider in a new film.

The project marks Ghost Rider’s return to the big screen under Marvel Studios, replacing Nicolas Cage’s earlier portrayal.

Shawn Levy is set to direct, with Jonathan Tropper writing the script.

The move brings the character back from Sony-era control and revives Johnny Blaze for a new Marvel chapter.
