Bluesky embraces long-form content to counter X Articles

Bluesky rolled out app version 1.122 with Standard.site integration, surfacing long-form content as link cards inside the app.

Users can now discover articles, blog posts, and newsletters from AT Protocol-powered services, expanding Bluesky beyond short posts.

The company says this is just the first phase, with the feature expected to improve over time.

The update also includes interface tweaks and bug fixes.
