PlayStation unveils God of War Laufey, a new PS5 entry starring Kratos’s ‘dead’ wife, Faye

Sony’s Santa Monica Studio unveiled God of War Laufey, a new mainline PS5 game centered on Faye, Kratos’s wife.

Shown during State of Play with about 20 minutes of gameplay, the story begins after Faye’s funeral in the mythic Everywhen.

The game expands the franchise with a fresh setting, cast, and combat direction, moving focus to a major supporting character.
