Mario Galaxy Movie Helps Franchise Surpass $2 Billion At Global Box Office

Nintendo, Illumination and Universal’s Mario film franchise has topped $2 billion worldwide after just two movies.

The total is being driven by the original Super Mario Bros. Movie and the sequel Super Mario Galaxy Movie.
