Google Antigravity 2.0 released, AI Studio now supports building Android apps

At Google I/O 2026, Google launched Antigravity 2.0 as a standalone desktop AI development app.

Google AI Studio now supports building Android apps, with mobile preview, ADB testing, and Play internal testing.

The Studio also adds Workspace-connected apps, scheduled tasks, JSON hooks, and simpler Cloud Run deployment.

The update pushes Google’s AI coding tools beyond general app creation into Android and enterprise workflows.
