Apple Turns Off Payments in Russia

Apple disabled payment processing for App Store and other services in Russia effective April 1.

New purchases, in‑app purchases, and subscription renewals are blocked unless users have existing Apple Account balances.

Users can still spend existing account funds and access previously purchased apps and content.

Apple said iCloud data will remain accessible after an iCloud+ subscription ends.
