Pokemon Champions Has Its First Official Nerf Candidate

Pokemon Champions is a free-to-start game built around single and double turn-based battles.

It launched on Nintendo Switch on April 8, 2026.

A mobile version is planned for later in 2026.

Players can recruit Pokemon from a limited daily pool or import them through Home.

Just days after launch, fans called for an Incineroar nerf after its 53.76% team usage in the first major online tournament.
