Project Zomboid build 42 is finally here, and it adds animals, basements, and deeper crafting

Project Zomboid Build 42 is now live, delivering a major overhaul to the long-running survival game.

The update adds animal husbandry, basements, corpse dragging, fishing improvements, and expanded crafting and building options.

It also improves stealth, deepens the lore, and brings major map and visual changes across Knox Country, including Rosewood and Riverside.

The Indie Stone says Build 42 significantly expands Project Zomboid’s survival systems, world, and presentation on PC, Mac, and Linux.
