Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is expected to beat the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in most areas, with a thinner, lighter design and a newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip.

It also adds a 5,000mAh silicon-carbon battery and upgraded camera hardware, making it the more premium all-around foldable.

The biggest tradeoff is the loss of S Pen support, along with a higher price tag.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 still appeals to stylus users and shoppers looking for cheaper refurbished units.
