Framework Laptop 13 Pro review: Much better battery, much worse price

Framework’s new Laptop 13 Pro adds a larger battery, a darker machined aluminum body, and a haptic trackpad for a more polished design.

The upgrades meaningfully improve battery life and build quality, but they also break compatibility with some older parts.

With a starting price of at least $1,500, the laptop delivers refinement at the cost of higher expense and some backward-compatibility tradeoffs.
