Magic: The Gathering's The Hobbit set reprints 5 Tales of Middle-earth cards

Wizards of the Coast says Magic: The Gathering’s The Hobbit set will launch on Aug. 14.

The release will not include preconstructed decks, unlike some recent crossover products.

The set will add new Tolkien-themed cards and five reprints from Tales of Middle-earth and older Magic sets.

Reprints include staples such as Wood Elves, Arcane Signet, and The One Ring, aimed at both players and collectors.
