Tesla's Cybercab just became the most efficient EV ever built

Tesla’s Cybercab was certified at 165 Wh/mi, making it the most energy-efficient production EV on record.

It beats the Lucid Air Pure by a wide margin and outperforms other efficiency leaders like the Model 3 and Hyundai Ioniq 6.

The efficiency comes from a sub-50 kWh battery, extreme aerodynamics, and the removal of steering wheel and pedals.

Production has reportedly started in Texas, and the design could lower robotaxi energy and charging costs.
