Aikido Endpoint offers developers additional protection against supply chain attacks

Aikido Security has launched Aikido Endpoint, a lightweight agent that blocks risky packages, extensions, plugins, and AI tools on developer machines before installation.

Built on the company’s Safe Chain firewall, the product is designed for enterprise use alongside MDM and existing package-management workflows.

Developer endpoints are a high-value target because they store credentials and source-code access, making them an entry point for software supply chain attacks.

By stopping threats before they land on the device, Aikido Endpoint aims to reduce credential theft and the spread of malware across development environments.
