Google's Newest App Is An AI-Powered Image Editor

Google launched Pics, an AI-powered image editor built on Nano Banana, with fine-grained object editing, text changes, and image translation.

Pics will start with testers, then expand this summer to AI Pro and Ultra subscribers, with a Workspace business preview coming soon.

The app also works inside Workspace tools like Slides and Drive, strengthening Google’s design and productivity suite.

Google is also broadening AI Inbox in the US for AI Plus and Pro subscribers, adding personalized draft replies and quick access to Google files.
