Zhongwei Company Chairman Yin Zhihuao: Has Developed 54 High-End Semiconductor Equipment Types, with Etching and Thin-Film Equipment Processing Precision Reaching Atomic Level - IT Home

At its 22nd-anniversary event, AMEC said it has developed 54 types of high-end semiconductor equipment.

Its etching and thin-film tools have reached atomic-level processing precision, with more than 8,800 reaction chambers in mass production across 220+ production lines.

R&D spending in 2025 was about 3.74 billion yuan, equal to 30.2% of revenue.

The company also plans to invest another roughly 13 billion yuan in R&D over the next three to five years to strengthen its core process equipment capabilities.
