Madrid faces an exceptional transport crunch from June 6 to 9 as Pope Leo XIV’s visit overlaps with Bad Bunny concerts, Corpus Christi events, the Book Fair, and ongoing roadworks.

Authorities are warning of traffic cuts, metro disruptions, and heavy congestion around major venues and central areas including the Metropolitano Stadium, Santiago Bernabéu, Cibeles, Retiro Park, IFEMA, and Plaza de Lima.
