GE-Sim 2.0: A Roadmap Towards Comprehensive Closed-loop Video World Simulators for Robotic Manipulation

Researchers unveiled GE-Sim 2.0, a 2B-parameter closed-loop video world simulator for robotic manipulation.

It was retrained on large real-world robot datasets and adds modules for state decoding, rollout judging, and faster inference.

The system is designed to make policy learning and evaluation more scalable by replacing much of the manual rollout review.

GE-Sim 2.0, part of the Genie Envisioner stack, supports automated scoring and benchmarking via WorldArena.
