VfL Wolfsburg chose ChatGPT Enterprise to expand its club-wide Generative AI use.

The club had prior experience with ChatGPT Team and Business licenses, trained teams, established use cases, and showed visible day-to-day impact.

Scaling was previously limited by access and governance; the Enterprise option includes EU server choices and enterprise-grade security and governance.

OpenAI’s enterprise terms state that customer data is not used to train models.

Wolfsburg runs 50+ custom GPTs across operations, communications, marketing, HR, and administration and realized six-figure annual savings by reducing reliance on external agencies.
