XREAL Launches Affordable xbx Sub-Brand AR Glasses at 1,699 Yuan, Aims for IPO

XREAL launched xbx, a new lower-priced sub-brand for AR glasses, ahead of its planned IPO.

Its first product, the xbx a01, is the company’s cheapest AR glasses yet, starting at 1,699 yuan.

The glasses focus on a lightweight design, 1,600-nit brightness, HDR10 support, and better comfort.

A version bundled with a light-shielding accessory is priced at 1,799 yuan.

The move aims to make consumer AR hardware more accessible and help expand XREAL’s market reach.
