Nintendo Customers Sue for Share of Trump Tariff Refunds

Two Nintendo of America customers have filed a proposed class action in Washington federal court.

They argue Nintendo should pass tariff refunds on to buyers because prices were already raised during the Trump tariff period.

The lawsuit alleges unjust enrichment and violations of Washington consumer protection law.

The case could help determine whether companies that recovered tariff costs from the government must also reimburse consumers.
