It's Official: Bethesda Figured Out Yet Another Way to Re-Release Skyrim

Bethesda is releasing Skyrim on Nintendo Switch 2 again, this time as a physical box that includes a download code instead of a cartridge.

The Switch 2 Anniversary Edition costs $59.99 and bundles the base game, all DLC, performance and visual upgrades, plus Creation Club content.

The move continues Bethesda’s long pattern of monetizing Skyrim through repeated re-releases.

The article also notes a similar Fallout 4 Switch 2 release and says Starfield could come to the platform later, though nothing is official yet.
