Google’s Genie world model can now simulate real streets with Street View

Google DeepMind is adding Street View to Genie, letting users generate interactive simulations based on real-world places.

Some U.S. Google AI Ultra subscribers can already test the feature, with broader rollout planned.

Users can change conditions such as weather, making the tool useful for robotics, education, gaming, and vehicle training.

Google says the feature is still experimental and not fully physics-aware, but it could improve simulation realism for AI systems.
