Google's Lyria 3.5 music model now lets users edit individual track sections without starting over

Google launched Lyria 3.5, an updated music generation model with better melodies, lyrics, and vocals.

It’s available in Google Flow Music and adds Selective Section Painting for editing specific parts of a track.

Users can also expand short melodies into full songs without regenerating from scratch.

The model offers finer control over tempo and length, with tracks ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
