Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is previewed as a direct sequel to Modern Warfare 3, launching October 23 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.

The campaign is described as offline-pausable and set during a North Korean invasion of South Korea, featuring Captain Price, Private Park, and a more grounded tone.

Multiplayer is said to add new maps, modes, and updated movement/combat systems, while Zombies is not included.

Warzone will also reportedly lose support for PS4 and Xbox One after the game releases.
