Google rolls out Gemini Omni Flash for autonomous video creation across apps

Google is rolling out Gemini Omni Flash, a multimodal AI model for video creation and editing across Gemini, Flow, and YouTube Shorts.

The model can generate and edit video from text, images, audio, and existing clips, with step-by-step conversational changes.

It is available now in parts of Google’s apps and tools, but only for select subscription tiers, with wider access planned.

Google says generated content will include SynthID watermarking to help label AI-made media.
