Encore AI raises $30M to build AI agents that learn from customer calls

Encore AI, formerly Insait IO, raised a $30 million Series A led by Team8 with support from banks, insurers, and other investors.

The startup mines call, email, and text interactions linked to CRM data to identify effective sales and support behaviors.

It then uses those patterns to train voice and text AI agents for enterprise customer service and sales.

Encore says it now serves over 40 enterprise customers and has grown annual recurring revenue more than fivefold since its seed round.
