Samsung’s Galaxy Z TriFold 2 Design Leaked: Thinner, Stronger, and Ready for a Comeback

Samsung is reportedly developing the Galaxy Z TriFold 2.

The device could launch by mid-2027.

The original TriFold was discontinued three months after release because its 12.9 mm folded thickness made it impractical for everyday use.

TriFold 2 reportedly aims to fix that with a much slimmer profile—potentially 8.9 mm folded, comparable to the Galaxy Z Fold 7—and enhanced functionality.

Reports also mention a stronger, smoother hinge and a slidable OLED display concept.
