China’s premium EV maker reveals next-gen 563-hp hybrid with 1,025-mile range

Li Auto unveiled the refreshed L9 premium SUV in China, adding four LiDAR sensors, new compute hardware, and steer-by-wire controls.

The range-extended hybrid setup delivers 563 hp, 261 miles of electric range, and a claimed 1,025 miles of combined range.

The SUV also supports 5C fast charging and comes in Ultra and Livis versions.

Li Auto said an export-focused version will launch in 2026, starting with Central Asia and the Middle East.
