Vertiv acquires ThermoKey to boost AI data center cooling

Vertiv announced last week it will acquire ThermoKey, with the deal expected to close this quarter.

ThermoKey supplies dry coolers, microchannel heat exchangers, air-cooled condensers, and liquid cooling systems.

The acquisition adds ThermoKey’s Italian manufacturing capacity and complements Vertiv’s existing CoolLoop and MegaMod cooling products.
