Samsung Ends the 4K-vs-Refresh-Rate Tradeoff With New QD-OLED Panel, Hitting 360Hz Natively and 680Hz in Dual Mode

Samsung Display unveiled a new QD-OLED monitor panel that delivers 4K at a native 360Hz.

With Dual Mode enabled, it can reach up to 680Hz at FHD, aiming to reduce the usual tradeoff between resolution and speed.

The panel is DisplayHDR True Black 600 certified and uses a V-stripe pixel layout for sharper text clarity.

It will be showcased at COMPUTEX 2026, and Samsung says it is already in supply talks with more than 10 global brands.
