Huawei Says It Has Connected 170 Million People in Remote Areas, Exceeding ITU P2C Pledge

Huawei announced at its TECH Cares Forum that it has connected 170 million people in remote areas.

The company said this surpasses its ITU Partner2Connect pledge to connect 120 million people by 2025.

Huawei described upgrades to its Rural Series and the November 2025 RuralCow rollout supporting village coverage.

Huawei's Skills on Wheels program has delivered mobile digital training to over 130,000 people in 21 countries.
