Moonshot AI Weighs Hong Kong IPO as Funding Demand Surges

Huawei held a TECH Cares Forum in Barcelona, Spain on March 1, 2026.

Huawei has provided digital connectivity to 170 million people in remote areas across more than 80 countries.

At the forum, Huawei reaffirmed its commitment to the ITU P2C Digital Coalition to connect 120 million people by 2025.

Yang Chaobin is listed as CEO of Huawei ICT BG, and the forum had around 80 guests in attendance.

Personnel noted in connection with the forum include Cosmas Zavazava (Director, ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau) and Jeffrey Sachs (Professor at Columbia University and President of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network).
