Iran to restore internet access after president’s approval, ending 3-month blockade of overseas sites after the war

Iran has approved restoring international internet access to overseas sites, state media reported.

The shutdown had cut off domestic users from global networks for about three months since late February.

The move could ease information restrictions and improve the flow of news inside and outside Iran.
