Google officially launches ability to change your Gmail address, available to ‘all’ in US

Google announced a feature to let users change their Gmail username, via a Keyword blog post and video.

The company said the rollout began last year and is now available for all Google Account users in the U.S.

Google published Help Center guidance and a how-to video for the feature.

Reporters noted some US accounts still do not yet see the option, so availability may vary.
