Android is getting its own weird dots to cure car sickness

Google is rolling out Motion Assist for Android to help reduce motion sickness while using a phone in a moving vehicle.

The feature uses animated on-screen dots synchronized with vehicle motion to reduce the mismatch between visual and physical signals.

It is arriving in phases on select Pixel devices and can be enabled automatically or through Quick Settings.

Similar to Apple’s Motion Cues, it aims to make working or browsing on the go more comfortable.
