LY Corporation's LINE Plus SRE team described how it standardized Verda and IMON infrastructure management with OpenTofu, Terragrunt, and GitOps.

The team shifted changes from manual operations to PR-based, versioned workflows with CI/CD and daily drift detection.

It also automated importing existing resources into code, reducing operational burden while improving reviewability and reproducibility.

Future plans include using Slack and AI agents to generate infrastructure code and expand automation further.
