Security researchers found about 500,000 internet-facing OpenClaw instances as of March 24.

A CEO's OpenClaw assistant and host data were listed for sale on BreachForums after an exposed instance stored data in plain-text.

OpenClaw lacks a native enterprise kill switch or centralized management, and several high-severity CVEs have been reported and patched.
