e& achieves consolidated revenue of AED 38.1 billion in the first half of 2026, up 11.6%

e& posted solid first-half 2026 results, with revenue of AED 38.1 billion, EBITDA of AED 17.7 billion, and adjusted net profit of AED 6 billion.

Total subscribers rose to 251.5 million, including 16.5 million in the UAE.

The company declared an interim dividend of 47.5 fils per share.

After the period, e& completed its full Vodafone stake sale and sold 12.5% of Careem Technologies as it sharpens focus on core businesses and digital growth.
