The Sims 4 Teases Big Update

EA says a full Sims 4 base game update is coming after the early-May Laundry List, likely in the second week of May.

The patch is expected to focus on infant and toddler behavior, Sim autonomy, and long-running bug fixes.

Known issues such as the persistent Secret Witness sentiment and Scandals icon are among the problems being targeted.

The update could improve core family gameplay and fix persistent bugs affecting both the base game and expansions like Royalty and Legacy.
