OpenAI is moving product leadership under Greg Brockman and merging ChatGPT, Codex, and the API into one product organization.

The company is also shifting executives into clearer consumer, enterprise, and platform roles, with Fidji Simo overseeing consumer efforts and other leaders taking on new mandates.

The reorganization points to a push for simpler, more unified AI products and stronger agentic capabilities as OpenAI competes ahead of a possible IPO.
