Valve will open reservations for the next Steam Controller batch on May 8 at 1 PM ET, after the first wave sold out fast.

Each user can reserve only one controller, and they’ll have 72 hours to finish checkout.

The system is meant to curb scalpers and bots, making the sale fairer for real buyers.
