Google expands its browser assistant to more countries, and I can’t ignore how convenient this is

Google is expanding Gemini in Chrome to more Asia-Pacific markets on desktop and iOS.

The browser AI can summarize pages, compare tabs, and connect with Maps, Calendar, Gmail, and YouTube.

Users can also edit or generate images with text prompts, powered by Nano Banana.

Japan’s iOS access is not yet available, and sensitive actions still require user confirmation.
