Pearl Abyss' Crimson Desert Tops New Steam IP Revenue Rankings This Year

Pearl Abyss’s new open-world action adventure game, Crimson Desert, posted the highest cumulative revenue among new Steam IPs released this year.

Since launching in March, it has generated over $190 million on Steam alone.

The game crossed 6 million copies sold just 83 days after release, while staying at full price with no discounting.

The result highlights Pearl Abyss’s global hit potential in a market dominated by sequel-driven franchises.
