How to Enable Windows K2 Performance Boost on Windows 11

Microsoft is testing a hidden Windows 11 feature called Low Latency Profile in Insider Experimental builds.

The feature can be enabled with ViveTool by turning on specific feature IDs, briefly boosting CPU frequency.

It aims to improve app launch speed and UI responsiveness, with an option to disable it later.
