Apple Just Dropped iOS 26.6 Beta 1: Here is What Changed

Apple has seeded iOS 26.6 beta 1 to developers, alongside beta updates for iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, HomePod OS, watchOS, and visionOS.

The release focuses on polish: modem firmware tweaks for better connectivity, RCS end-to-end encryption on select carriers, and a new warning for blocked contacts.

Apple also refreshed some app splash screens and fixed issues with setup region selection and wallpaper saturation.

A few widget and performance bugs remain, but the update is mainly about stability, security, and connection reliability rather than new features.
