SAP acquires Reltio to deliver AI-ready business data

SAP has announced it will acquire Reltio to strengthen its Business Data Cloud and make enterprise data AI-ready.

Reltio’s master data management platform merges structured and unstructured data into a single golden record using AI-based entity resolution.

The integration will make Reltio a core component of SAP Business Data Cloud while the product remains available standalone.

Reltio’s support for the Model Context Protocol enables real-time multi-agent workflows for assistants like Joule.
