MemoryCore combines the best PS1 games in one stylish new TTRPG

Horrible Guild and designer Claudio Pustorino announced MemoryCore, a PlayStation-era-inspired tabletop RPG.

The game comes in a console-style box and includes core rules plus six mini-modules themed after classics like Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania, Final Fantasy 7, Tekken, Need for Speed, and Resident Evil.

Its design leans into the nostalgia and constraints of early PlayStation games, adapting that structure into analog tabletop play.

A BackerKit campaign for MemoryCore is set to launch on June 9.
