Moonshot AI open-sourced Kimi K3, a 2.8 trillion parameter model, along with its weights and technical report.

Moore Threads completed Day-0 adaptation for Kimi K3 on the MTT S5000 AI card the same day.

The port covers key areas including architecture, operators, cache, distributed execution, and MoE communication.

The model can now start direct inference on the domestic GPU software and hardware stack, highlighting stronger local support for frontier AI models.
