Intel’s secret handheld chips might just give AMD a run for its money

A leak surfaced showing Intel’s unannounced handheld gaming chips, Arc G3 and Arc G3 Extreme.

The screenshot suggested specs like core counts, clock speeds, and power targets aimed at AMD’s Ryzen Z2 lineup.

An Intel insider pushed back, saying parts of the image were wrong, including the chip name and cache details.

If genuine, the chips could increase competition in handheld gaming devices and pressure AMD on performance and pricing.
