Ray Therapeutics Lands $125M Series B

Ray Therapeutics closed an upsized, oversubscribed $125 million Series B round.

The financing was led by Janus Henderson Investors, with participation from new and existing backers.

Proceeds will support clinical-stage optogenetic programs RTx-015 and RTx-021.

The company aims to advance vision-restoration therapies for retinal diseases including retinitis pigmentosa and Stargardt disease.
